5. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from IQ Conversion, you agree to the following:

Use Case: You will receive automated SMS/MMS messages related to lead qualification results, service updates, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing offers.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Msg & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our SMS services or provide personal information to IQ Conversion. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
